A tradition of excellence for 50 years!
A hidden treasure located on 20 acres in a beautiful foothills setting just north of Boulder, The Greenbriar Inn is the picture of Colorado antiquity. Built 145 years ago as a home, general store, and post office, the building has been transformed into two floors of elegant dining rooms with stone fireplaces, glass and porcelain chandeliers, and warm wood interior. Two garden patios offer spectacular views of the foothills amidst the scent of roses, lilacs, and hyacinths that even the butterflies and wild rabbits can’t resist.
Featuring seasonal American fine dining cuisine, their Executive Chef uses his passion for great food to create menus that include classic favorites as well as more adventurous fare. By incorporating locally sourced ingredients and naturally grown herbs and produce from the Greenbriar Inn’s own on-site gardens into each dish, you can be sure that everything you choose will be fresh and delicious. Combine this exquisite cuisine and friendly, professional service with specially selected wines from their award winning wine cellar and the result is a truly exceptional dining experience.
Whether a grand party of 300 or an intimate gathering of 10, you can be certain your guests will be impressed by the classic charm of The Greenbriar Inn.
