Every year, Pantone chooses a Color of the Year which is meant to convey the attributes of the time. Last year’s color was Ultra Violet, meant to represent originality, ingenuity and visionary thinking. This year’s color is Living Coral, designed to symbolize warmth and nourishment in a shifting environment.
Pantone has also released their Fashion Color Trend Report which features the hues designers are using in New York Fashion Week. This year's colors are a mix of vibrant reds and oranges, cool blues and fresh greens.
While these colors start on the runway, they quickly make their way to the wedding scene. To help you stay on trend and give you some inspiration, FTD has wedding ideas inspired by Pantone 2019 spring and summer colors. Look through the images to find the best hue for your special day!
