• Tell us a little about your business:

Three Leaf Concepts and Catering is a locally owned, Boulder, Colorado-based restaurant and catering group. We operate some of Boulder’s most iconic restaurants, including the Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse and the Chautauqua Dining Hall. We also have a small organically operated farm where we raise fresh produce for the restaurants and catering. 

 

• How long have you been in business?

We started our first café and catering business in 1992.

 

• What’s your favorite part of the job?

My favorite part of the job is the people. Restaurants and catering are uniquely social environments, and providing food is such a nurturing and hospitable thing.

 

• What trends do you love or would like to see be left behind?

We love the trends today towards fresh, wholesome foods.  People are really starting to care about, and take responsibility for, the source of their foods.  They are wanting to know where their food comes from, and trying to focus on locally sourced products whenever possible.  Another trend we love is people being adventurous and exploring other cultures with their cuisine choices.  The world is full of amazing flavors, and we love to see people make choices that reflect that.

 

• If you met with a bride and groom and literally had ONE minute to tell them why they should use your company, what would you say?

Three Leaf Catering offers the most personalized experience – our goal is to create the experience that best suits our client and their guests. With six local restaurants, each with different concepts, we’re in the unique position of being able to provide a wide variety of styles and cuisine in our catering. 

  

• What would previous clients say was the main reason they chose your company?

Probably the fact that with six award-winning restaurants and a proven 24 year track record, Three Leaf Catering is experienced, professional, and reliable, while at the same time offering exceptional personalized service, cuisine, and event execution!

 

• What tips or advice can you give couples planning their big day?

Make it about you, strive to express your own personality through this day, which is one of the most important in your life.  Determine what is most important to you, and focus on and highlight that.
