All Four Seasons Events provides wedding and event planning services to Denver and the surrounding areas. Colorado’s beautiful four seasons and culture provide an opportunity to bring uniqueness to every event.
What inspired you want to be a planner?
As a certified wedding and event planner, owner Patricia launched All Four Seasons Events in 2015 with the desire to help people achieve their wedding and/or special event visions without the anxiety that normally accompanies them. All Four Seasons Events is dedicated to exceeding expectations as we aim to develop a personal relationship and partnership to create a memorable event. Services span from full-service event planning down to day-of coordination. Regardless of the service you choose, we will strive to couple your dreams with our talents in an effort to remove the stress so that you can enjoy every moment of your special day or event!

How did you get your start in the special event industry?
Patricia has 20-years of experience in the hospitality industry. A majority of her experience comes from working as a Bar Manager and Bartender, Patricia also worked as the Wedding and Event Coordinator for a local catering company. This position allowed her to blend her passion for planning weddings and special events with her passion for food. From our experience within the catering field, we can easily identify the type of catering (plated, buffet, stations, and/or food trucks) that would work best within your venue space and can even assist in the creation of a personalized menu for your special day. The position also allowed us the opportunity to network with a vast number of professionals in the wedding and special event field and also become familiar with the behind the scenes operations to many diverse venues.

How did you learn your craft?
Patricia gained a majority of her experience through event coordination over the years. However, is 2015 she studied and obtained certification as a Special Event and Wedding Planner.
What’s your favorite part of the job?
My favorite part of the job is seeing my couple's and immediate family members being able to enjoy the wedding day instead of having worry about logistics, reviewing details with vendors, trying to execute a timeline, etc.

How would you describe your style?
The motto of All Four Seasons events is, "We take your wedding preparations off your shoulders, but never out of your hands." In doing so, we are very detail and service oriented. We're here to help you – in whatever capacity you need.
How would you describe your personality?
I am extremely professional and detail oriented, as well as warm and engaging to her clients, their families, and their guests.
What type of client is best suited for you?
We work well with all sorts of clients - from those needing a lot of guidance to rein in the details to those who are meticulous in their own planning and we are simply there to execute everything.

What are your hobbies or non-work-related activities?
In my free time I really enjoy being outside – hiking, snowboarding, river rafting, sky diving (not so much since becoming a mom), etc.
Have you ever worked with a celebrity?
We consider each our clients to be a rock star in their own right!
What trends do you love or would like to see be left behind?
We LOVE when clients bring in elements that are a true reflection of them as a couple. Whether it's pulling in a song for your first dance that you also danced to on your first date; a personalized Groom's cake to reflect your favorite food; or the giving of a wedding favor that people naturally associate to the both of you – those are the elements we love seeing and a trend we hope sticks around.
For those we'd like to see left behind – anything that is not a true reflection of your as a couple. Just because something's been done – doesn't mean YOU need to do it that way. This is YOUR wedding day and you two are a unique couple!

If you met with a bride and groom and literally had ONE minute to tell them why they should use your company, what would you say?
If we only had one minute – we would sum it up by saying we're experienced and that you'd be hard pressed to find someone else to work as hard on and for your event as you will with All Four Seasons Events.
How far in advance should couples contact you to start their planning with you?
Ideally anywhere from 9 months to 1 year. We like to be involved throughout your planning process, so we have a better understanding of your event. However, we have had clients contact us with less than a month until their wedding date.

What tips or advice can you give couples planning their big day?
Our advice would be for clients to always ask questions. If you never ask – you'll never know if a certain service, option, or discount is offered. Also, since we are in the business of wedding planning – at the bare minimum – we strongly encourage our clients to hire a Day-of Coordinator so they can enjoy the day as Bride and Groom instead of worrying about the details.
