Your Event Concierge grew from our passion that couples should be able to enjoy the process of planning their own event, even if they don’t have knowledge of the industry. There are many people who want to have the full experience of creating a day that is truly their own, but with such a wide range of vendors and services out there, making decisions that fit their style and budget can often be a challenge. That’s where we come in! Your Event Concierge brings professional knowledge and experience to our clients AT NO COST!
• How did you get your start in the special event industry?
Your Event Concierge came from my experience as a full-service, luxury, wedding and event planner. So many couples were planning their own weddings but were getting hung up in just a few spots we knew we could offer complimentary assistance, which would bring value without adding additional costs to their budget.
• What is your favorite part of the job?
The best part of the job is building relationships with our clients and really getting to know who they are. Once we’re able to connect them with the perfect vendor(s) to complete their planning, it’s great to see them relax and truly get excited for their big day!
• How would you describe your style?
Our style mirrors that of our clients. It is our job to match the perfect, quality vendor with our clients’ style by utilizing the relationships we have built with Denver’s best vendors through our experience in the industry.
• If you met a bride and groom and literally had ONE minute to tell them why they should use your company, what would you say?
It IS possible to plan an incredible wedding on your own! However, along the way there will be a few times when you don’t really know which decision to make – so when that time comes, give us a call! Your Event Concierge is fully complimentary, and we have the experience to get you on the right path.
• What would previous clients say was the main reason they chose your company?
Our clients love us because of the customized planning we provide. We take the time to get to know our clients on a personal level and help them introduce their personalities throughout their wedding day. We work hard to build trust with our clients before they ever hire us as a planner or a coordinator.
• What sets you apart from other vendors in your category?
Your Event Concierge doesn’t try to plan your wedding for you! We provide complimentary assistance to create a solid foundation for the wedding you’re planning. We’re also available to coordinate the perfect finishing pieces to the wedding that you have planned on your own. Also, we want to be a team with our couples, so we don’t limit to the number of meetings, phone calls, or emails between us.
• How far in advance should couples contact you to start their planning with you?
We like to begin working with couples as soon as possible, so they can start enjoying the planning early on. The more we can get to know our couples, the better we can serve their needs. By staying up to date on trends and changes in the local industry, we can make our clients aware of anything they may need to consider, as they get closer to the wedding date.
• What tips or advice can you give couples planning their big day?
Enjoy the process! Your engagement flies by so enjoy each and every moment of it! Enjoy making the little decisions like which cake flavor to choose, white vs. ivory roses, or how you’ll wear your hair on your big day. These details infuse your wedding with your personalities and will be the things you remember for years to come.
If nothing else, hire a Day of Coordinator! You will want to enjoy getting ready, visiting with family and friends, and reveling in your first night as husband and wife! Let someone else handle everything that goes into coordinating the wedding day itself.
