Designed by Fall River Village owner Paul Pewterbaugh and Bas1s Architecture’s Steve Lane, SkyView @ Fall River Village was built by local builder Prime Homes and features more of the unique mountain modern architectural and design style that has made the resort such a popular destination for its guests.
The new venue can comfortably host up to 115 guests and offers spectacular panoramic views of the Continental Divide from both its covered rooftop deck and expansive reception ballroom, which also has a wrap-around deck and sliding glass wall to bring the outdoors in. Event guests can also stay at the resort and enjoy four-star accommodation while being walking distance from downtown Estes Park.
“We’ve had so much demand from our guests to have a place for them to host their weddings and events and are so excited to finally be able to do that. We’re also proud to be adding such a unique venue to Estes Park and are appreciative of all the positive and enthusiastic response we’ve gotten from the community,” stated Paul Pewterbaugh, owner of the property.
Private venue tours, weddings and events are now being scheduled daily. Visit SkyView here to set up yours today.
